Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Will my order include tracking?

If you would like tracking information for your order, please select the Priority Shipping with Tracking option during checkout.

A tracking number will be added to your order once it has been processed. Please note that it may take a few days for shipping updates to appear from the carrier.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it for shipment.

For non-personalized orders, the average processing time is 24 to 48 hours.

Please note that due to the high volume of personalized orders we receive, processing time is approximately 8 to 12 business days.

We craft our products with great care and strive to ensure the highest quality standards for every piece.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK: 2–5 days depending on the shipping method selected.

France: 2–5 days depending on the shipping method selected.

Switzerland / Belgium: 2–6 days depending on the shipping method selected.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email notification once a tracking number has been assigned to your order.

The email will contain a unique tracking number and a link that allows you to track your shipment.

Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. If tracking information is not yet available, please check again later.

I think my order has been lost. What should I do?

Missing orders must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace orders that are reported after this period.

I missed my delivery and the package is being returned to you. What happens now?

If you missed the delivery and did not collect the package within the carrier's collection period, or if an incorrect shipping address was provided, the package will be returned to us.

We will notify you once it has arrived back at our facility. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties on my order?

You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may apply.

These charges vary by country and are generally uncommon for our shipments.

All customs-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

At this time, we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges.
